The reunion with Chung Shi is a great session, it all came from the coincidental encounter with Shen-Show Yuang - a getting vanished ancient house located in the country yard of Dao Liao. Yes, I know, but to tell you the truth, I am not lazy , nore forgetting about my mission to pour some word in the blogsphere, but the busy work forcing me doing nothing but working. yes. now let me try to roll back the live film, to fill some gap in between.

11 street consultation is not like CHTF, for CHTF, you only show your are smarter then the kids or have a broader view to address the issue, you win the battle immediately at the consulting moment, for 11 street, it's like starting all over for a corporation, it take me lot of energy and time in preparation, to get things done in a fast pace, as I know Mr. Han is expecting to see a better result every day. it's fun to begin the " Turn around " campaign, knowing a restuarnt can obserb a 100 millions debt and running for cash almost every working day for 8 years, I really admide Flora , the owner and manager who run the operation in a cliff and keep herself in balance, today, is the third time we met and consult the develpment, I can smell the luxury from her, this is no good sign, she must know how to lower her living standard and try to reinburst all the liability.

Lunch with Jay, brought out the forum coaching idea and see how the candidate feels, it seems my experience and capability generation before can transfer to a platform , a flatform people willing to pay for listening, pay for learning, and pay for sharing.
